Objective:
Maximize space utilization while at the same time using as much of the clients existing furniture as possible to meet budget.
Solution:
Because our client wanted to use their existing large scale furniture, wall colors and applications were chosen to expand the feeling of the small space. We designed a custom piece for the end of the living room providing storage, a complete office that opened into the living room when in use (the desk could further open up to become a dining table), and hidden media and entertainment center.
